I bought this from Sears for $120.00 on sale but I had to pick it up at the store. The item was packed very good and the assembly was easy. When I ran it there was a smell of electrical burning but it seemed to dissipate after a few minutes. The handle has a cushion foam that is nice and the shoot is easy to adjust and stays where you put it because it has a ratchet feel. I like the safety bar because the bar covers the handle area so you can hold the cord in your left or right hand unlike other snow throwers that have the safety handle only on the right. This product seems well made and the auxiliary handle comes in very handy when you have to lift it. My main reason for buying this product is to use it to clear my 26 x 16 deck. If I have any problems after the first snow I will update my review. Update 11/4/12 the power switch on the handle was getting stuck so I called the customer service # and they had to had a technician call me and I explained the problem. The person I spoke to was very polite and he sent me a new switch and the machine is now operating correctly. The support I received was excellent so if there is ant other problems with the machine I feel confident that it will be easily resolved.
