A little over a month after I bought my Ecojet Essential it stopped working. It is under warranty, however, there are no authorized repair centers in Atlanta. At my expense, I had to ship my Ecojet to New Jersey, which cost $35.00. I'm not trying to deter anyone from buying an Ecojet, mine could have been a lemon. However, you may want to consider finding out if there is an authorized repair center near you before you decide.

Update: The repair center replaced the motor in my Ecojet and shipped it back to me the same day they received it.

This device is actually a Aquabot Turbo-T, that has a different case and alledgedly a modified drive control system.

This is issue number one. Depending on who I asked (from both the manufacturer and the distributor), this modification was a change to the control computer and software, or just the software, or just the hardware. The hardware/software/whatever mod was described as everything from a new computer control card, to a chip upgrade to that card, to a resistor pack of some sort. This change is supposed to increase the life of the drive system by reducing cycle time when the cleaner gets stuck. That raises the obvious question as to why a mature product like the Turbo-T would have a defect requiring a mod in the first place. If a mod was actually useful, why not incorporate it into the Turbo-T, rather than producing one more Aquabot house brand for limited sale?

The second issue is support. When my unit failed upon delivery, I was routed to the manufacturer, who said they were not all that familiar with this "one off" brand. After complaining loudly I was told that both (not one but both) people who took my service calls were new (yeah, sure...).

In my opinion, it is a mistake to buy a one-off house brand of a long-standing product. Just get the Turbo-T instead.

I am further put off by the use of the prefix "Eco" which implies some sort of environmental benefit to a product. My unscientific evaluation of the EcoTrack pool cleaner is that it is a $80+ case upgrade marketed to people who care about the earth and saving power. That is about as close to a a scam as one distributor should care to wander.

Have purchased from this vendor before and had the same experience. The caps on the containers were not on tight, but the inner foil seals held (this time). The last time one of the foil seals leaked and the box was a mess. The delivery person saw the box was wet but left it anyway. This is a great product but they need to make sure the caps are secure on the containers before being shipped!

I just bought this sauna and I am very impressed. The customer service is exceptional and they work closely with you to make sure you are getting the right sauna for you - a customized experience. They have a wide range of options - you can spend alot or a little. I personally chose the standard package - more than enough for me. I am a satisfied customer.

I moved here from Finland when I was 13 and just moved into a new house with space for this sauna. In our culture the sauna was always built first, and then the house later - this is a cornerstone to our culture, so it was important that I get the right one for my home. It is important to note that this is NOT an infared sauna - infared saunas are inferior and and have the potential to be dangerous as it expel large amount of radioactive energy in an enclosed area. They are a subpar and cheap alternative to the real thing. This is a true sauna with thick cedar boards and top of the line Harvia heaters.

A DVD is included and installation was not too challenging. I do random projects around the house, but am no construction specialist. If I could pull it off, you can do it too.

It doesn't get any better than this. This is closest thing to a Finnish sauna nestled away in the woods. Benchmark this sauna and compare it to the rest - you will find that this is the best value in terms of quality, price, and customer service. The cedar smell is soooo great. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this for my new pool 5 years ago. Used maybe 80 hrs. total before it failed. Note there are no repairable items on this fixture and when it fails you replace the whole thing.
