This is the worst product I have ever bought. It arrived in ten boxes, five of which were damaged. It was missing parts which I had to go purchase as the crew was at my home to install it. It totaled over $120. When I called Swim n' Play to give them a chance to make the situation right, I was told that it was my fault that I didn't count all the screws, washers, and bolts before it was being installed. I assumed that I would receive the total product when I ordered it. There are seven issues against Splash Pools, which is also Swim N Play, on the Better Business Beaureau website. Four of which were unresolved customer service concerns. If you decide to still purchase this product, you should know that it will take several men to bend the Butress straps since they are bent in half to ship. You will also need to order a generator cord adapter since it will not plug into a standard outlet. The men who installed this pool, which are experienced, said, "This has been a nightmare. I have never seen anything like this before." I am not trying to rant, just want to inform customers of what they need to be prepared for before this arrives at your home.
