bought the pool in feb, didnt set it up till mid may, wow, its now the end of aug and my filter stopped working, my warranty is 6 days out, the chick on the phone was a total bitch!!! wish i would have written her name down, she tried to start my warranty the same damn day i bought the f...ing thing!! pool is great but service is BAD!!! they should try to work with you, she also tried to tell me the filter for a 17 x 48 in pool only needs 2 run for 2 hrs!! WTF ill buy an intex or something else next time! and ill let all my fb friends know too
