It arrived in good condition, seller and truck line both were good about communications. I like the sauna and if I had one thing to change it would be to pick a model that has a timer that can be set to turn the unit on to warm it up. It takes around 45 minutes for the sauna to reach the temp I want (115 degrees) so if I want to use it in the morning before work it means getting up extra early. I don't think it is an issue with this model but rather the nature of Infrared Heaters so I am not unhappy with it and I do feel great after using it. For the money I think it was a good value.
