We have used the hayward sense and dispense for over 3 years now. A very sophisticated looking device. It has resulted in several issues - most especially challenges is the basic balancing of the chemicals in the pool. We do not have a complex pool. Its a basic setup and we watch it carefully. That said, we have experienced many issues with chemical imbalance and the Hayward people had to come to help assess and correct each problem. I give the Hayward people an A for service, but the device is still a problem and had not worked in a steady fashion in over 3 years. Product needs some more research.
