I spent several days and a $1000 building a cedar lined sauna with the anticipation that this unit would do what I needed. Well, it surpassed my expectations. Heats very quickly and looks great! The only reason it did not get all 5 stars is because of the way the wiring connects to the unit~even with conduit it feels "exposed to the elements"; but works just great anyway and I have no regrets.

I received this product poorly packaged and cosmetically damaged(capacitor cover dented). After speaking with Amazon, I was told I would have to return the entire motor since they do not sell the cover separately. Nevertheless, I was able to install this motor very easily and use the cover from the old motor. It is amazingly quiet and I expect the slight extra cost for the 2-speed will repay itself in the first year.
