DO NOT BUY....total piece of garbage...spent $2200 on this and it worked for 1 hour and the auger belt snapped. It was frayed by a cotter pin on the brake mechanism - why a cotter pin would be so close to the belt is obsurd. HORRIBLE design.I called Troy-Bilt customer service and they wouldn't even ship me a lousy $2 replacement belt - the women was EXTREMELY rude - so much for all of that crap about Mid-Western hospitality - I was very polite and she just sucked - now I see why it's the Rust Belt.
In a nutshell - the machine sucks and Troy-Bilt sucks even more.
STAY AWAY - I wish I had listened to the other reviewers that said the same thing.
