After receiving the pallet at my house it was not bad to assemble, started right up, ran with no problem. It includes an engine even rated for cold weather unlike some cheaper ones, has a light which is needed for this kind of work, and the controls are easy to work with. Appears to be a quality machine, at this point i get to the bad side, customer service is well lets say I feel dissapointed. Really just a lack of caring for the consumer.
I WAS ALSO MISSING THE CABLE BRACKET for the chute angle control, after reading the same story, I decided to just use a hose clamp to fasten the cable in place. It is sad to see a company with such a good looking product not really willing to help if there is an issue, their common response is take it to a dealer, only issue is it weighs over 200lbs making it a project to take it anywhere.
