I've tried many stain kits from Jack's Magic and Natural Chemistry before, and my biggest problem was the stains always came right back. This is the ONLY PRODUCT ON THE MARKET THAT I HAVE SEEN that had a product that REMOVED THE METALS FROM THE POOL after I removed the stains. It makes sense!! THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF!! My pool guy had recommended them and told me they were the "metal experts" in the pool industry. I believe it! The directions on the bottle were crystal clear, and their products did exactly what they said they would. The stains were gone in less than 24 hours! Then I added the Pool Refresh and ran my filter for a few days to get those metals out! I didn't want to deal with the discoloration and staining any more!! It was worth every penny! I am now buying the filter to connect to the hose too so I won't add any new metals to my perfectly clear pool!!!!!
