My local pool store doesnt carry this anymore but Amazon saves the day again! The items are brand new (the nozzle piece was gray, but that doesnt bother me) and came in a sealed pack. Shipped fast and in tact. What can I say, if you have the R2D2 (thats what I call these pool cleaners cause they're so neat) and broke off the brace like I did, this is great and at a good price.
