We needed some steps for our back door. I took some measurements and this one fit the bill. Unfortunately when we received it, it doesn't look anything like the one pictured. Structurally it does but the color is totally different, ours had heavy stain on it to where it looks black. I didn't know putting it together required a power drill either. I don't own a power drill and I had to put all the screws in (maybe 12) by hand, without any pre-drilled holes. The directions weren't very easy to understand as well. This is good quality wood, and once it's assembled the steps are very solid. Maybe as the years go by, the steps actual color might match this image. Hopefully this gives any buyers out there a heads up on this item.
