No matter where I set the dial for chlorine, my chlorine level in the pool goes up to 8ppm and it uses up all of the chlorine in the chamber in about 3 days (5 3" tabs).

I called tech support (Zodiac Pool Equipment) and sat on hold for 30 minutes. A gentleman said he wasn't familiar with the product, but he would have someone call me back that day. No one ever called. I then tried the online chat. It took 3 days before it was "available" and when I finally got through I had a long discussion with Eric. He requested I send him specific information on my pool as well as my receipt and he gave me his email address. After doing that I waited a week before trying to contact him again. I received no response. I then wrote the main support email address and still did not receive a response.

It appears to me that not only is the product a poor design, but that Zodiac is only in the business to sell, not service.
