This was the best purchase I have made in a long time. I have chronic back and neck pain and this sauna is an instant relief. Even if only temporary relief, I have been using it before bed and been sleeping great! It was harder to unpack it than it was to put together! Very simple to assemble and use. It will fit 4 (a bit tight) but 2 people in it makes it seem roomy. The only draw back is it seems like it is cheap material, especially the cup holders and back rest, but once assembled it is pretty sturdy. I have had this sauna for about five weeks and it is being enjoyed at least twice a day with great results by my family of 4 and other family and friends. This sauna does need a dedicated 20 Amp breaker and a appliance type outlet.
