Although the item is advertised in the picture with what appear to be a instruction sheet and special lubricant, 3 O rings show up in a plastic bag with no sign of the lubricant or instructions. I was expecting a small plastic package of silicone grease like what Moen ships. I could have bought the O rings by themselves but chose go this route for the instructions and grease.

Contacted the seller who defiantly claims "the kits are packaged with two checks on content prior to shipping" implying I must have not noticed the grease and dropped it. Had to go to a local store and buy it.

Time will tell if the O ring is any good .
