I bought the one person sauna three years ago. I was told that the heating units would be replaced for life. Had the bottom heater go out. Called the company. Won't talk with me. You have to go thru their warranty center where you fill out an online form and they will get back to you. It cost $15.00 to send it back to them and then after they have fixed it they will email you and ask you to call them to give them a credit card number so they can charge you $15.00 for sending it back. I asked if I could buy an extra heater so I wouldn't be without my sauna for such a long period of time the next time one went out. Jim said that , that was the problem as the company who manufactured the heaters was no longer doing so and they had to fix all returned heating units instead of just sending one out. But, they continue to sell the saunas. I enjoy my sauna but, I think that the way they handle the warranty on the heating units is wrong.
