I am a handyman so I had no problem assembling this Rocky A3 reel. You will need a 1/2 inch cement drill bit if you anchor it on concrete. My last reel lasted 20 years but this is better made. My last one had plastic bearings that wore out. The Rocky has a bushing that must be greased one a year(grease not included), which will last indefinately. I bought the larger heavier tubes for my 20x40 foot pool. I have no problem rolling and unrolling using this roller. I would recomend to a friend.
