We were a little hesitant to order these because the product pic did not look like the steps were 74" wide. However, the main product pic is of their 36" steps, and the actual product is indeed 74" wide (sent in a photo for Amazon to post with the listing). The product needs assembly, which was quite simple, less than 5 minutes. These steps are plastic, similar in composition to storage cabinets from Rubbermaid. They have a little flex to them, but are rated for 300 pounds. I feel quite secure stepping up on them to enter and exit our spa.
