Overall the stairs are very nice, and sturdy. The ladder part is OK, but the way the two fit together is a bit awkward. The directions were poor (maybe something was lost in translation) and there were few pictures to help you along. I think the stairs would be great if attached directly to decking. With the ladder the whole unit still rocks back and forth when you enter / exit the pool; and that is with 50 lbs. of sand added to weigh it down.
