It arrived in good condition, seller and truck line both were good about communications. I like the sauna and if I had one thing to change it would be to pick a model that has a timer that can be set to turn the unit on to warm it up. It takes around 45 minutes for the sauna to reach the temp I want (115 degrees) so if I want to use it in the morning before work it means getting up extra early. I don't think it is an issue with this model but rather the nature of Infrared Heaters so I am not unhappy with it and I do feel great after using it. For the money I think it was a good value.

I bought this leaf trap as a pre-filter for attachment to an existing spa pump. It's the only separate leaf trap I could find with 2" fittings that would mate with my equipment - every other leaf trap I found was made for pool vacs. I was disappointed to find that it comes with only one split-ring 2" union nut, so I had to spend another $12 to buy an additional special union nut for attachment to my pool piping (The inlet is not a standard 2" thread like you find at a hardware store, you'll have to pay top dollar at a pool supply store or specialty plumber). While I was in the pool/spa store buying the union fitting, the guy at the counter said they don't install these particular leaf traps because they frequently fail in service. However, it seems to be well constructed with thick walls of industrial plastic and good threads. I'll be putting it into service next week and will report on any problems I have in the next year.

First of all, this isn't a toy and it should show up in some other category, so I haven't rated its value as a toy.

I recently bought an Intex above ground pool for my family, with which we are well pleased. Wanting to save money, I made a homemade skimmer out of a stick, a hangar, an old screen from a door, and, or course, duct tape. It worked well enough but was a little flimsy and not as large as I would have liked it.

This Maintenance Kit was an inexpensive alternative to my homemade skimmer. It's sturdier and longer than the one I made, as well as having a larger net area. This part of the Maintenance Kit is the best part.

Pool vacuums can be fairly expensive, especially considering that the pool we bought was only about $100. Rather than buying a more expensive one, I bought this kit. It's actually intriguing that the vacuum works by connecting to your garden hose.

But I've been disappointed in the vacuum. It doesn't seem to have enough suction, and leaves keep getting caught in its mouth. The material that is supposed to catch the debris tore almost immediately, but this was easily remedied by replacing it with an old sock.

All in all, you get what you pay for: the skimmer is great but the vacuum is weak.
