This is a very well built and sturdy shovel. The handle is both long and very heavy duty wooden made. I thought when it first came I would have like to have seen a little more curvature on the metal blade but it worked very well just as is. It both pushed the light fluffy snow and scrapped an inch of frozen sloppy stuff. The only draw back is it tends to tilt when lifting the heavy snow to throw. I would not hesitate to buy another one. Definetly worth the money.
