We ordered this in November to replace the other very expensive winter cover that ripped and sunk into our pool. We had it on our pool for less then a month and it ripped. When we called about it they want us to mail back a 6 ft square piece that includes the ripped area before you get a replacement or refund. Since we are in Michigan and it is very cold right now the water on top of the cover is ice now so there is no way to get it off to mail the section in so we have to wait until spring. But I do know that we cannot afford to pay over $400 for a new winter cover every year!
