Two Person Infrared Sauna Review

It was an adventure. They need to speak to you before they actually ship the sauna. There was some difficulty getting in contact with me which I realized quickly and called the company. Spoke to an employee named Shirley. (Not very professional)She has to be related to someone because she was useless. Then there was a problem with the particular sauna I wanted so I had to call the company again. Talked to Shirley (she must be the only one to answer the phones) Tried to explain that they where trying to get a hold of me but it fell on deaf (stupid) ears. Finally spoke to the right person and was informed that the sauna I ordered wasn't in stock and they would send me an upgrade at the same price. It is fantastic. Bottom line great product and Co. But one word of caution, if you ever have to call and Shirley answers the phone....Insist on someone else.
